Customer
Pickup:
This service is provided to our customers who would
like the additional savings of not having to paying for shipping.
All customers who choose this option on prepaid orders, will be notified by telephone when their order is ready for pickup.
Orders may be picked up during normal
business hours. The
Rite Care retail Pharmacy is located in Encino, California.

directions.
Shipping
Charges:
All shipping charges are calculated based on the
package weight, dimensions and destination.
U.S. Domestic
Orders:
-
Most orders are
shipped within 2-3 business days from the date order is
placed. At times certain items may be temporarily back
ordered by our suppliers or the product manufacturer.
Under such circumstance, we will inform customers by email
if any item ordered is subject to this situation.

All U.S. domestic
orders are shipped either via USPS, UPS or FedEx. The
choice of courier will depend on the item(s) ordered and
delivery destination.

All Frozen items
are shipped packed in dry ice via Over-Night delivery.
If you select a shipping option other than "USA-> Overnight
Frozen items", it will be upgraded to this option and the
charges will be adjusted accordingly. If you are
requesting Saturday delivery of your products, there will be
an additional charge of $10.00 assessed for Saturday
delivery. When ordering frozen items, it is imperative
that you are available to accept and sign for delivery.
If you are not available everyday, then specify the date you
can accept delivery in the comment area when placing your
order.

The
following is an estimated of the amount of time a package
may be in transit:

USA Standard - Transit time 3-7 Business days.

USA Express
- Transit time 1-2 Business days.

USA Overnight - Transit time
next business day ($10 extra for Saturday Delivery).

All packages are shipped with
a coded tracking number and require signature on delivery.

Please note that expedited
delivery options such as Express and overnight, only reduces
the transit time. It has no effect on the amount of
time it takes to process your order and does not put your
order ahead of any other order. All order are process
on a first come first serve basis.
International
Orders:

All International
orders are shipped via International Air Mail
unless otherwise requested. We will gladly use any
other courier service of your choice (In such cases the cost
of shipping will depend upon the service selected). If you
desire any other courier or special handling such as
insurance, please indicate so in the comments section.

Rite Care
Pharmacy will not be able to fulfill any international order
that exceeds $4000.00 USD in value.

Packages sent via
International Air Mail delivery are in transit for 3 to 10
business days depending on the destination country.
There may be additional delays due to customs
clearance. This additional delay varies greatly
depending on the country's importation regulations.

Please note that
packages may be inspected and at times rejected by
Customs Officials of some nations. It is your
responsibility to ensure the legality of any product in your
country. If any package is refused by customs officials and returned to us
undamaged, we will gladly refund your money. Shipping
charges are non-refundable and all returned items are
subject to a restocking fee (See returns below for more
information).

We do not charge
any taxes on International orders; however, your Country's
customs official may charge you additional taxes or
importation duties. It is your responsibility to pay
for any such fees imposed by your nation in a timely manner.

All frozen items
are shipped packed in dry ice via expedited delivery.
Since the weight of the package will vary depending on the
expected transit time and the amount of dry ice needed to
keep the items frozen, we will contact you with the final
shipping cost after your or is place for final approval.

All Orders with
incorrect shipping or delivery options will be corrected
automatically and all charges will be adjusted accordingly.
For example a package destined to Canada with a shipping
option selected as USA will be adjusted to Canada
automatically and all appropriate charges for Canada will be
applied.
Shipping Discount:
Save more when you purchase more. The new tiered discount
structure is automatic. The appropriate discount is
applied instantly, as soon as you reach the threshold.
This discount is specifically designed to off-set the shipping
costs:
Returns:

Many products carry a 100%
satisfaction guarantee. Meaning that even if
you have used or consumed a portion of the product, but
for some reason the product was unsatisfactory, you may
still be able to obtain a full refund for that product.
Under such circumstances, you may need to provide the
reason for your dissatisfaction.

We accept returns on most
products within 30 days from the time of purchase.

Prior to
returning any item, you must obtain a Return of
Material Authorization or RMA number by
calling
customer service during normal business hours.
Please note that we may not be able to provide
the appropriate credit or refund for any returned item
that does not have an assigned RMA number. Please
also make sure that the assigned RMA number is clearly
visible on the outside of the package being returned.

All qualified
returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Refused, or unclaimed
packages returned to us in good condition will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds will only be provided for restockable items.
No refunds will be issued for any non-returnable item.

Rite Care
Pharmacy will not be liable or responsible for any package not
returned in it's original, re-sellable condition.

Certain items may not
be returned for a refund. These mostly include
highly sensitive and perishable products. Some
examples of non-returnable items include the following:

Frozen or refrigerated products.

Edible Oils such are
Fish or seed oils.

Special order items
such as:
-
Non-stock
Homeopathic Medicine Potencies.

All homeopathic
liquid dilutions and tinctures.

Any item not
normally stocked.

Large quantity orders
-
Certain
manufacturer's items
-
For
questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact
customer service.

Please call customer service
toll-free 1-866-877-PILL if you'll be
returning any merchandise to ensure it is returnable.
Cancellations:
-
If you have
already placed an order and wish to cancel it, please call
Customer Service and obtain a cancellation confirmation
as soon as possible before it is processed. If
your order has not been processed, you will be provided
a full refund. If your order has been processed
but not yet shipped and we need to reverse the charges,
there will be a 10% processing fee deducted from your
refund. Cancellations will not be permitted once
the order has been shipped (see returns above).
Refunds:

Refunds are
provided in the same manner the purchase was made.
That is if a purchase is made by credit card, the refund
due is issued back to the same credit card. If a
purchase is made by check or money order, the refund
will be issued by check sent to the same address on the
order.

Please allow
one full billing cycle (4 to 6 weeks) for your refunds
to appear.
