| Directions: For adults and children over 12 years of age. Shake well before use. Roll on to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. For best results, massage into skin until absorbed. Wash hands after use. If applying to hands, wait 30 minutes before washing. For optimum relief, apply every day, up to 3 to 4 times daily. For children under the age of 12, consult a health professional. |
